On a positive note, one quarter of respondents say parcels featuring the seller’s branding provide reassurance that they have bought from a reputable supplier; over one third say they would be more likely to use the same supplier again if they received a thank you note with their purchase. Printing clear labels is another sensible strategy, with more than 60% saying it is indicative of professionalism and high standards.
