DSales (UK) has launched a new series of high-end A4 colour MFPs with print speeds of 33ppm (the ineo +3351) and 38ppm (the ineo +3851 and +3851FS). For productivity, all models have a customisable 7-inch screen and compatibility with Develop software solutions, including convert+share and store+find. The ineo +3851FS has an integral stapling unit.
Shipping labels made easy
Meeting the needs of eBayers and e-tailers, Brother has launched two label printers perfect for the printing of shipping labels. The use of four-inch rolls (DK11247 and DK22246) enables the QL-1100 series to produce labels that meet the size requirements of Royal Mail, FedEx and various online retailers. In addition, a unique crop-print function is compatible with Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) specifications. The QL-1100 (USB) and QL- 1110NWB (USB, network, WiFi, Bluetooth) have print speeds of up to 110mm per second.
People management software company BrightHR has launched a clocking-in app called Blip that provides a precise record of employee absence and attendance for payroll and health and safety purposes. Staff clock in and out by scanning a QR code.

Olympus has launched a new generation of dictation devices and dictation management software. The DS-9500 brings greater ﬂexibility and freedom to professional users with the introduction of WiFi enabled file transfer to a smartphone for instant emailing. Alternatively, files can be transferred via the docking/recharging station. The device’s two noise reducing, omni-directional microphones improve productivity through enhanced recording quality in noisy environments, which can reduce the time it takes to transcribe fles. The bundled dictation management software, Olympus Dictation Management System ODMS R7, boasts additional timesaving features, including automatic dictation import from DS-series devices; easy fle exchange via email, network folder or FTP; and voice to text conversion (in combination with Dragon speech recognition software by Nuance, which must be installed separately).
