The virtual event powered by UC EXPO names Workplace by Facebook, Ministry of Defence and Rolls Royce amongst the leading brands to explore the future of UC&C
10th September 2020 – London, UK: UC EXPO, Europe’s most extensive unified communication and collaboration event, has unveiled the expert speaker lineup for its three-day virtual event, UCX: NOW. Taking place from 29th September – 1st October 2020, the event will feature speakers from Workplace by Facebook, the Ministry of Defence, RingCentral, Rolls Royce, Cisco, Google and a host of other pioneers in the UC&C sphere.
At a time when unified communications and collaboration is more vital than ever, the event will bring together top experts to share expertise on overcoming physical and technological barriers to continue pushing the boundaries of UC&C.
UCX: NOW will feature key presentations and discussions from Julien Lesaicherre, Director, Global Sales and Customer Success Lead at Workplace by Facebook, Manisha Mistry, Head of Digital Culture at Rolls-Royce and Miguel Fiallos, CIO at The Salvation Army. The sessions will look at the new working culture in the company of the future, how to manage rapidly moving to cloud solutions and lessons of lockdown when communicating with the frontline.
The UCX: NOW agenda also boasts speakers from end users such as ANZ Bank, Bupa, Channel 4, and Clifford Chance, plus many more. Sessions will delve into a range of topics, including communication platforms for young employees, managing rapid transitions to the cloud, remote contact centres and how to secure the new threat landscape.
From the evolving working culture to cybersecurity for remote workers, UCX: NOW speakers will discuss what the future of work will look like for workers across all industries. In a highly topical panel session, Sarah Bar-Lev, Head of People Change and Chief of Staff at UK Ministry of Defence, Lily Dart, Experience Director at FutureGov, Joe Duggan, Head of Communications and Digital at National Youth Theatre, and Antonia Wade, CMO at Capita, will explore how employee communications have changed during the COVID-19 crisis and predict the long-term trends that will impact businesses in the future.
