York–based printer Wood Richardson has created a free Print Buyers’ Pack to help customers make more informed print purchasing decisions. The pack contains swatches of different paper stocks and finishes; examples of how colour prints differently on various materials; the pros and cons of the digital and lithographic processes; a guide to paper sizes; information on how to supply the perfect artwork; and a glossary of printing terms. Wood Richardson was established in 1905 and has been run by the Richardson family since the 1920s.
