Striving for customer success and service excellence Jon has launched an innovative recurring revenue product assurance platform called Mi Support provisioning 24 hour a day technical support, next day global advanced parts replacement and onsite assistance for the channel.In 2020 the service proposition was developed further to include trade resealable subscription services branded Mi Hardware as a Service (HaaS/DaaS) along with proactive monitoring, system administration and utilization reporting for audio visual (AV) and unified collaboration (UC) solutions. With service operations in 16 countries Midwich is the leading value added distributor of AV and UC hardware, software and services to the trade.
Frances Weston, Managing Director, Econocom North America, UK & IRL
Frances is the Managing Director for Econocom North America, UK & IRL and has more than 15 years’ experience in the banking industry. In her role as Managing Director, Frances focuses on rolling out strategic planning initiatives, achieving specific growth targets, and delivering as-a-service solutions. Prior to joining Econocom, Frances was Director – Head of UK & Offshore Corporate Investments at Barclays. Frances joined Barclays in 2011, having previously spent time at Scotia Capital and Bloomberg Tradebook. Thanks to her extensive experience within the finance industry, Frances is also Head of EMEA Advisory Council to the Board of 100 Women in Finance.
